Who is behind ScanQM

I am Sebastian, founder of ScanQM, and I have been at home in facility management for over ten years. I hold a Fachwirt qualification in facility management and have held leadership responsibility at several FM service providers, and I know operations from both sides: as a service provider and as a client.

I am also a web developer and build ScanQM technically myself. So what you see here is not a product from the drawing board, but the result of both worlds: operations on site and software development.

Why ScanQM exists

I know the gaps and the classic problems in the daily work of service teams and clients. I wanted to find a solution for them that really works in operation and does not just look good on paper.

The core idea: the laminated sheet has to go

The laminated sheet on the door at best shows that someone stopped by. It says nothing about whether the result was good, and the people who use the room cannot react to it.

My goal is that communication takes its place: between the staff member, the service manager and everyone who uses the rooms. That is why ScanQM combines the digital record with direct guest feedback.
