Staff check in via QR scan, in the browser or in the ScanQM app. The app is available for iOS and Android.
What the app does
- QR scan and check-in with an app PIN per staff member, also on shared devices
- Offline support: check-ins are stored locally and sent automatically as soon as a connection is available again
- Reports of anomalies and defects with free text and photo, even without a QR scan
- Tasks in the language of the staff member
In the browser or in the app
A smartphone with a camera and a browser is enough for check-in. Guests do not need an app, they give feedback directly in the browser after the scan.
Signing in to the app
Staff enter their company subdomain in the app and sign in with their credentials. On shared devices, each staff member receives their own app PIN.
